What is your primary product or service?
We are great at several types of loans. We primarily focus on purchases, refinances, and reverse mortgages. If you are a first time buyer, we have a specialist to assist you.
If you need help on a refinance or debt consolidation, we will assist you every step of the way. If you are interested in debt consolidation or home improvement, we would love to help you. Seniors over 62, we have a loan with no monthly payment required.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As the owner, I have been in this business over 20 years.I have served as an executive in several Fortune 500 companies. I have a BS in Business and a passion for what do. I have helped thousands of Kentuckians own and refinance their properties.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have experience, education and practical training. We are friendly and take time to get to know your needs, we will not push you toward any certain loan. We give you options. Call us and you will see and hear the differences!
