Morrin Law Office took care of my auto accident. I really didn't expect much and have used other attorneys in the past. THIS time, with Morrin Law Office all of my medical bills were paid, my car was replaced and on top of that I got a large settlement. I was treated with respect and every question was answered. I have admit I wasn't sure what to expect from a lawyer after my accident. This was the first time I had ever been in a accident and really had no idea of what the process involved. I searched through google looking for attorneys in Richmond and found Mr. Morrin. I noted he had high remarks from a few other people on google, so I decided to discuss with him my case. I was not dissapointed...not even in the slightest. Robert has taken me through my case not only making me feel respected , but also honestly seeking my best interest. He updated me throughout the process regularly and explained to me everything possible that could happen, often before I asked! I have always found him available, and when I did call or email, he remembered my case without me having to remind him. I honestly could not have asked or had a better attorney and person to work with me though out my case. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in the practice of law while I attended high school at Madison Central in Richmond, Kentucky. My father is a retired pastor, my mother a nurse administrator, and they both instilled in me the value of caring for others by providing a needed service. Understanding the practicalities of the legal fabric of our society positioned me to help others, especially those who have been injured, while also providing for my family. I never thought I would be a personal injury lawyer and likely had many of the same perspective of personal injury attorneys that most people have--money hungry, slimy kind of people. Then, I took my first personal injury case, not a year out of law school, and represented a mother who was involved in a car wreck with her infant child that caused her to need thousands of dollars in medical bills for her necessary medical treatment. When I compared the offer she received before hiring a professional and what the insurance company would eventually pay with my representation, I could tell that something wasn't right in terms of justice in the insurance claims world. The insurance companies have been taking advantage of people who represent themselves when they have a claim by paying them pennies on the dollar of what is lawfully owed. They aren't forcing people to do this but folks are agreeing to do it before they even know how much medical treatment they will need because, like everyone else, they don't know what they don't know. This is when I realized I could do the most good by standing up to the insurance companies on behalf of my friends, family, and peers in Richmond, Kentucky. No corporate insurance company has the right to push around a hurt individual and I'm dedicated to preventing them from doing so in Kentucky, my home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a tech savvy firm. Our clients are able to reach us by texting our office number or the special, individualized text number assigned to each client and connected to their file. Our clients may communicate with us through email in the same way. Potential clients and clients are able to sign documents, such as fee agreements and medical release authorizations, through a link we can text to their phone or email to their email address; we work remotely with clients throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Our clients receive the benefit of our proprietary software that, using years of data and the experience of a former insurance adjuster, is designed to predict how the insurance company claim software will interpret events, and efficiently communicate with the insurance company's software to maximize our client's claim payments. Our clients understand that we do not want every case, and that we only take cases which we believe we will add value to our clients pocket. We do this because we live and operate in Kentucky, not as an army of attorneys spanning multiple states, but as our client's friends, family, and community members. Our clients can trust us to protect their bottom line, because that is how we would like to be treated as well.

Our office is located in Richmond, Kentucky. We are the best at helping people through car accidents and personal injury trauma, both with recovery guidance and through the insurance claim world; we speak insurance. We currently have no plans to expand. We want to work with folks who want to work with the best. Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Robert "Rob" A. Morrin was raised and educated in Richmond, Kentucky.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law thereafter. While at Chase, he served as a Member of the Honor Council, a Student Representative in the Student Bar Association, a Congressional Intern on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., a Group Leader for the pro bono project Water for Haiti, and a Criminal Defense Intern with the Kentucky Innocence Project. After graduating and passing the Kentucky Bar Exam, he moved home to establish Morrin Law Office in his home town of Richmond, KY, where he has served Central Kentucky as a private attorney.
Mr. Morrin is admitted to practice in all state courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Eastern District of the United States District Court. He is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association, Fayette County Bar Association, and the Kentucky Justice Association.
Mr.Morrin is currently working in cooperation with #EndPartisanship.org to defend and promote the principle that every voter is entitled to an equal right of meaningful participation in the election process, whether or not they choose to affiliate with a political party.
Mr. Morrin has been selected for membership in the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 which is a professional organization composed of the top trial attorneys in each state who are under the age of 40. Membership into the "Top 40" is by invitation only and is extended to those trial lawyers who practice in the fields of criminal defense, and/or civil plaintiff law. Those who are invited have demonstrated superior qualifications, trial results and leadership in their fields of practice as young trial lawyers. The selection process is multi-phased and includes peer nominations and third-party research.
